This type of food delivery is a part of the traditional food delivery that we know, which we order, and we need to pick up the food in the restaurant. Like the traditional call to the pizza restaurant, an example of this concept.

This segment of food delivery includes the delivery of meals carried out directly by the restaurants, where each restaurant has its own individual delivery process, in which no fee is submitted to the consumer.

The order may be made via platforms (e.g. Delivery Hero, Just Eat) or directly through a restaurant website (e.g. Domino's).
The new-delivery players build their own logistics networks, providing delivery for restaurants that don’t have their drivers.
