Throughout this e-portfolio, the implementation of Artificial Intelligence in the food delivery industry was notified, “making consumers' lives much easier”. In view of marketing, it is necessary to resume two items that are very important to understand how to improve in the future.

Starting with the question of the process, in this industry where the delivery process still involves some steps, the path to the future focuses on automation in the various stages. In the sense of not only improving the internal process of each company but with the ultimate goal of shortening the waiting process.

About P, for people the future focuses on the continuation of the combination of date on consumers with the artificial intelligence of electronic devices. However, the recommendation for the future differs in that the “consumer journey disappears”.

This in practice means that with the evolution of AI, the electronic devices of each consumer will begin to understand the routines, schedules, tastes, phone calls and the way of life of each consumer. Soon, they will be able to understand at what time of the day and or what day of the week the consumer wants to order food. In this sense, the clicks, the voices will be replaced by the consumer's thought. Making it no longer have a role in the food ordering process. Each company is in control of the purchase journey. 

The three images below are illustrative of a campaign for this new Marketing process, in which the consumer simply has to think for his wish to be fulfilled. It has a futuristic aspect and appeals to AI technology in the future of food delivery companies, in which they can organize and standardize in such a specific and detailed way that consumers will no longer need to do anything, as they will be understood by their favourite brand of fool delivery a priori.
